Yes, our maintenance team is onsite Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, and on-call 24/7.

All residents have access to the online portal. They are able to create a work order and explain the issue that needs to be repaired.

All maintenance requests are made through the resident portal. You can also contact a leasing member to make a work order for you.

No, once the work order is made, a technician can fix the issue during operating business hours.

We have smart home locks that are programmed with a code to open, and we also give you a key to manually open. If you don't have either, the office staff will open the door for you with proof you are a leaseholder.

You are allowed to decorate your apartment. If there is damage to the walls, you will be charged at move-out. No accent walls are allowed in any of our apartments.


We offer a fitness center that is open 24/7, a pool/hot tub, grill space, a cabana with smart TV, and a dog park.

Yes, each apartment has either 1 assigned covered carport space or garage space.

All apartments have in-unit washers and dryers.

Yes! We are pet-friendly but some restrictions may vary.

Pet rent is $40 a month per pet, a $200 pet fee (nonrefundable), and a $200 deposit (fully refundable).

Weight restrictions are not more than 50 pounds and no aggressive breeds.

Our community has a dog park on-site.

All units have a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop/oven, and washer/dryer.

At this time we do not offer fully furnished apartments- We can have Cort Furniture have everything installed before your arrival.

Cort furniture will offer to fully furnish your apartment for a separate price before your arrival.

YES! We offer 3 - 12 months leases.

We don't hold packages in the leasing office; however, we utilize Parcel Pending lockers on the property which is where all packages are delivered and picked up by residents at their convenience.

Our fitness center is accessible 24/7.

We have Pelaton Bikes, Treadmills, free weights, and an all-in-one weight machine.

The community has quiet hours from 10 PM- 7 AM. If a resident does not abide by these rules they will receive a notice. The communal office is open during business hours.


All tours are completely free. Please schedule a tour.

We do prefer scheduled appointments but also accept walk-in tours.

The leasing office is located in the front of the community. A staff member is always available during business hours. We are closed only on Sundays.

Please follow the link to apply, and create an account. Your profile will be created once you are logged in and enter your information. Please note, that all proof of income and IDs need to be uploaded.

It takes about 2.5 hours- 24 hours. This is a soft credit/background check. Make sure all your IDs and proof of income are uploaded.

You will pay your deposit, pet fees, and prorate of rent.

Trust your leasing agent to guide you in the right direction. Always ask about hidden fees, lease buy-out, and the average utility bill for each floorplan.

You can pay rent with a cashier's check or money order. You can also pay with a routing and account number online (e-check) or You can pay with a debit or credit card for a small fee.

With the resident portal, you can log in and add your electronic check or pay with a debit or credit card.

Renters Insurance is $15 a month added as a monthly fee.

We provide Assurant renters insurance for $15 included in your lease agreement.

No utilities are included in the rent at this time.

Water will be billed through the community resident portal. Internet will be set up through Cox directly. Electric will be set up with APS, which is billed monthly.

Cox Connect is ready to use for all of the apartments.

YES! Our community will offer you a $400 credit on rent. Restrictions may vary.

You are allowed to have a guest for 10-14 days- anything after 14 days you need to communicate with the Community Manager.

We only offer 6-12 month leases. We do not offer any discounts for paying a year in advance.

We do not allow any subleasing in the apartment.

Must provide a payment of 1.5X the rent as a penalty fee- before providing a 30-day notice.

We have a small dog park on site. However, at Horizon Park there is a large public dog park (2.6 miles away).

Yes! there is two bike paths behind Scottsdale Road (10 min walking distance).

Whole Foods, Frys Grocery Store, Trader Joe's, Target, and Walmart

Starbucks coffee is about .03 miles away (15 min walking) Dutch Bros coffee is about .07 miles away (25 min walking)


From St Rt. 101 Exit at Scottsdale Road.  Head South on Scottsdale until you get you Mayo Blvd., turn Right at the light.  At the second stoplight turn left onto N. 68th Street.  Ascent North Scottsdale will be on your lefthand side.
